Biography :
Norma Stewart Hood is a highly skilled and experienced Broker Associate/ Realtor®,
with a strong legal background as a paralegal/legal secretary for over two
decades. She switched her career path to real estate in 2004 because of her
desire to serve families and help them navigate the complexities of the real
estate market.
In her current role as Operations Manager at United Real Estate Preferred,
Norma creates and oversees systems and processes to provide a smooth experience
not only for the 100+ Realtors she serves, but also for the Buyers and Sellers
she personally guides to the Closing celebration of their property
transactions. Her personalized attention and dedication to the entire process —
from start to finish — brings a fresh perspective to the current market, while
providing a first-class real estate experience.
Outside of her professional life, Norma is an active participant in her
community. She serves as a Mentor Mom at a local chapter of MOPS International
and volunteers at City Church in Sanford, where she leads small groups and
teaches discipleship classes.
On a personal note, Norma is a loving wife and mother to seven children.
She also has nine grandchildren who she adores. Her favorite family activities
include hugging, snuggling, camping, and making frequent trips to Disney World
with her husband, Lee.
